Management & Social Justice Collective
ADVANCING ORGANIZATIONAL JUSTICE THROUGH INQUIRY AND ACTION
The Collective, founded and led by Dr. Latha Poonamallee, is a global community of practice dedicated to reimagining organizations as vehicles for justice. Over the past five years, it has convened thousands of participants across 66 countries through virtual conversations, conferences, and published frameworks.

Toward Just Organizational Futures
The Collective operates at the intersection of scholarship, activism, and organizational design, hosting virtual conversation series, annual conferences, and publishing generative resources such as Managing for Social Justice: Harnessing Management Theory and Practice for Collective Good. By centering questions of equity, sustainability, and inclusion, it challenges conventional managerial narratives and envisions organizations that sustain justice, not just profit.
Through its work, the Collective builds both critical frameworks and practice oriented communities, equipping leaders, educators, and change makers to embed justice deeply into organizational life. With a growing international network, it continues to expand its reach and impact across institutional, educational, and civic contexts.
